You’ve happened upon Pueblo Periodically, a photo-driven blog launched initially as a newsletter in 1998 that transitioned to the web in 2010.
The Periodically’s late 20th century charge was reporting on a family residing in Colorado: Monica, Enedina, and Mike. But the blog’s scope has changed over the years. These days the subjects are more varied. You’re likely to find posts about my ongoing (and often misguided) tryst with Impossible Project film, Mars rovers, praying mantises, and from time to time, an essay. But pictures, both still and moving, are the backbone of this blog. It’s what I do best.
You’ll also find my photojournalism portfolio and forays into video and bits of audio here as well. Check them out. Trust me when I say “it’ll be time well spent.” If you’re looking for a freelance photographer, take a look at sweeneyphoto.com, You’ll be glad you did.
And there is, of course, blatant navel-gazing as well and what I’d call attempts at humor in this little corner of the internet. So peruse at your own peril.
